Why does it seem to be harder running on a treadmill than on a road? Is it just because I don't have a goal to get to when I'm running on a treadmill. Like when I was running on the road, I'd be like, all right, I'm almost home, just gotta keep going. I'm not running a faster on the treadmill, I know thats a fact.
