How can i run without stopping? Here's my story:? (Answers: 2) (Comments: 0)
No matter how much i've tried to run without stopping, it's so hard. I have allergies/asthma, which doesn't help the situation. but above that, my body starts cramping (in the stomach.) My leg hurts/ burns. i run/walk a mile in 15-20 minutes :( My body will be sore for days, my knees hurt. short physical makeup: I am in my early 30s, my height weight is 5' 125 lbs. I really have no clue how people run without stopping. Doesn't it hurt? I've read other yahoo answers that lays out a running guide/ what to do to build stamina, but it all sounds overwhelming and painful to my body.. please help, thanks.

I need a free pdf program that can do this? (Answers: 2) (Comments: 0)
One that allows me to create a running guide to my research. I like pdfs because I have the tabs on the side for chapters, and I think it's easiest to organize my research this way.
So I need a free pdf program that will allow me to:
1.) turn the Word doc's I'm working on at various times into a pdf file (including any photos embedded into the word doc).
2) add, subtract, and move the pdf files around the main "research pdf file" I'll have. It's a work in progress, and I'd like to make changes to it from time to time.
3) to be able to edit & re-edit text in the main "research file".
And that should do it. It'd be nice if I could add photo's into the pdf file directly, and then be able to move them among the chapters I created from time to time, but that's not a high priority.
Please include links in your response and your experience (if any) with your answer. The one who leads me the program that best fits what i'm looking for will get top answer.
I should mention that I like pdf and not MS one note because I can open the pdf on any computer to view it and it's not free.
I also meant that I want to be able to move the data, pages, and chapters around within the main pdf doc I'm creating.

can a satellite dish be mounted to a TV antenna tower 30 feet tall(cement base)? should I run guide wires? (Answers: 3) (Comments: 0)
The tree line is to high for me to mount a dish to my house but if I mounted it to a tower it would clear the tree line. would I have to get someone to weld a base to the tower? I REALLY DO NOT want to do this I think the heat would warp the tower. could I just clamp a mounting board custom built for this to the tower? what about guide wires? would they make the tower safer by keeping it from rocking? really in the dark about this only saw dishs on towers on the net not in real life.
Will buy new tower for safety, use a cement base and mount it next to the house so I can use brackets to secure it to both the outside wall and porch frame as added safety.
Forget mounting it to the wall or porch bad idea. will put tower away from the house.

What could be the problem with a turntable not working in a new microwave? (Answers: 2) (Comments: 0)
Just purchased and installed a new Sharp above range microwave. Has power, but the turntable doesn't rotate when running. Guide fits in slot and engages, but turntable motor doesn't appear to be running. Are there fuses for these motors and how easy are they to get to? Thinking ahead to a service call and how long it would take to fix.
