<description>Does anyone know any &#039;(Le) Parkour/Free Running&#039; training/classes in Kent .e.g:maidstone, biddenden, ashford? Me and 2 friends are 12 and want to find some cheap free running/parkour classes (preferably private classes) , but it would be a great help to us. These training classes should be based around Kent.

<title>Running 5k</title>
<description>I&#039;m 27 and have been running for only a few weeks. I run 5K in 27 mins and that includes 3 hills. Is this ok? I&#039;m planning on running a 5K race in July (today is May 5) and I really love running. It&#039;s all new to me but I look forward to running after work. I&#039;m hoping to run a 10K run sometime in my life. Any advice and tips won&#039;t go to waste.

<description>Running 10km about 3 times a week? I weigh 60kg and am about 173cm tall.
Will i loose weight by running this far on a tredmill if im eating rather healthy also?

<description>running . . . .? i am 13 and i am planning to join my school track team which starts in about 2 weeks. i have nevr done a lot of running before and am wondering what some good training/practices ae that i could do??? also what are some medium distance i could run during the track seson, iam not interasted in hurrdles or lond distance . .are there any good relays i could particapate in?? or 2 laps on the track???

<title>Runners</title>
<description>Runners???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Im a freshman on varisty ar team is not that good if your wondering we ar now 0-30.lol.IM not being cocky or anything. in every practice i can crush the other runners and my times ar so much better and i have set a goal for my self by the end of this year my freshman year to be able to do a 19 min 5k like bne able to do it in all my 5k races .My 1st meet i did was on the 1st and i got a 21:28 2nd meet i got a 21:33 3rd 21:38 4th 21:28 again then just the other day i got 20:28 is my best so far and the other runners kid 1 kid 2 and kid 3 kid 1 is getting high 19s kid 2 is getting a mix of 21 min threw 19:30 and kid 3 is about to 19 min he is with me he got 20:26  me and him would of got a tie but some kid shoved me near the end and i slowed down.my next meet is Tomorrow at Grant 4 i want to get into the 19s high low don&#039;t care do you have any tips please help me if you do.i know to start off fast in a big meet so you ar not behind a big pack i know to hold on to a guy that is about your speed and just stay with him.This is my 1st year of cross country and i did track 1 time in 7th but got kicked off before my 1st meet for grades so i don&#039;t have that much experience in it.
I love  to run.I run in the mornings on the weekends at 5:00 how long of a run i go depends on the events i have coming up.I always watch youtube videos about running and tips and stuff im just real motivated and want to do better
plus i don&#039;t want the other runners showing me up
every year im going to try to go down a min threw my whole high-school year because the record at ar school is 16 min
16 min my A** i think 4 min is the WORLD record ther is no way a freshman can run a 16.
and even if he can i don&#039; t care im working on 19
