Do you know anything about 1500m training and running techniques?

Hi i am running 1500m in a couple of weeks and would like to know what sort of training i could do and how i can run it so i can sprint at the end without being really worn out. I am 15.

do 400s around the track. thats one lap and time every on of them. try to get the same time for each. but also push yourself. and also long runs help for endurance. go for 5 mile runs. eat healthy and train like crazy but not too much. try to do 10 400s starting out then add 2 more every week

    for your technique, dont go out too fast at race day, or else lactic acid(what makes your muscles tired) builds up in your muscles. try to stay loose and stretch a lot b4 the race, stay hydrated and 1/3 to midway through the race push yourself HARD, to the point where you literally are about to vomit and keep this pace for as long as you can. as my cross country coach would say "dont let up". then the last 100 sprint as you planned
