I need help losing weight?? getting ready for triathalon, mma, fitness trainer?

i am a female. 18yrs old. 123lbs and 5'3 1/2''.
first i dislike my body and want to lose weight?
im doing a triathlon in 2 months so need to cut weight and up endurance?
im in mma and kickboxing so i need some strength training ideas?
i want to become a body trainer but the lady i want to work for says i hv to work on my body before i can be hired.

my goal is 105/110lbs. i know for the bmi this is unhealthy but i think its a little overrated. i run about 2-5 miles everyday and do a lot of ab work but i would like some ideas on different exercises or/and different things to eat that r healthy and good for the body. what r the best ab exercises? how far should i be running? (triathlon is 13miles). How many calories should i be eating? and does drinking vinegar, cannen pepper, or such help lose weight? important vitamins/minerlas i should take?

Eating celery, fish and salad will help a lot when wanting to lose weight. They are not magical foods that make you lose weight, but by eating those you will not eat stuff that does make you gain weight.
Same as drinking water instead of drinking beer,., wine, carbonated drinks.

Please not that triathlon is more about endurance and trust me tri trainign is not linked with weight loss or the perfect body shape, you can see athletes of differne build over there.

50-55% of your diet should be carbohydrates. It is a myth that you should try and avoid carbohydrates when you are on a diet. Rather the other way round I should say. Carbohydrates are a ready source of energy and so 50 to 55% of your diet should be carbohydrates.

25-30% of your diet should be proteins. Various processes and activities are going on in our bodies. Things are broken down and being built up again. Resistance has to be built up, recovery from disease too is needed and for all this the body needs plenty of proteins so see to it that 25-30% of your diet consists of proteins.

Fats should only be 15-20%. You need only this much of fat in your diet so keep it at that.

Choose a variety of foods from all food groups every day. This is a fine way of keeping deficiency diseases at bay. Change the items included in your diet every day. This is an excellent way of keeping deficiency diseases at bay and it helps you to experiment with a variety of dishes and there by you do not get bored of your diet.

Limit your sugar intake. If you can’t have things unsweetened go for sugar substitutes. These things are just as sweetening but are certainly not fattening.

Always turn off the TV when you eat. This includes snacks as well as meals. Studies have shown that we eat bigger portions in front of the TV, most likely because we're much less aware of what we're eating. When you eat, only eat if you want to lose weight fast.
