Show me another »Has anyone worn cross country waffles in a road race before?
We don't have a meet this weekend for my cross country team so I'm going to enter a 5K road race. Do you think it would be ok to wear my cross country waffles during the race? District is in two weeks and if this would damage them I wouldn't want to do it.

Of course you can. The road will put more wear on them than xc running but one 5k wont hurt.
