Need help with manually running video card fan?

Okay so i have a Ati Radeon x1600 agp 4x, and i want to be able to up the speed on my fan but the newest version of the Catalyst Control Center won't even let me overdrive. I'm running the drivers in windows xp compatability mode cause i have the beta windows 7. Someone before suggested EVGA Precision Download but it's only for Nvidia cards. I need help quick..

Should be an up to date ATI tweaker out there somewhere. Google it.
