You will sleep better if you run in the morning, running in the evening will keep you up later at night.

Thats really the only difference, its also cooler in the morning so you wont sweat as much and could probably go further or faster.

I really don't think it matter all that much, but I have heard that running later in the day is easier on your body so it has time to warm up from daily routine and is not such a shock to your system. For losing weight calories burned are calories burned no matter what time of day.So run when it best fits into your schedule.

It's actually better for most in the morning because if we tend to exercise before bed, or even within a few hours of it - sleeping problems tend to occur, just due to the adrenaline gets going after a good workout. I'd definitely say the morning is best, can't think of a better way to start off the day.

running is so much better in the morning. Running in the morning gives you energy for the rest of the day. It makes you feel so much better throughout the entire day without crashing. Running in the evening is bad because the energy that you get keeps you from going to sleep.

I don't think it makes much difference, but for me it is more convenient to do it in the morning. If I wait until evening something will come up to prevent me from running.
If I do it early before anything else can happen then I don't miss the day.

I don't think it matters that much. But if you run in the morning without eating, you are burning all the extra fat in your body. If you eat first, you are burning off the food you just ate, like the carbs.
