Reduce your calorie intake and incorporate exercise. Weight loss is only as good as your calorie in take, and of course - expenditure.

Your weight in relation to your height seems just about right.

You should be performing cardio exercise (such as jump rope, cardio kickboxing, etc.) 3-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes.

You would definitely benefit from resistance exercises such as squats, lunges and core exercises to keep your muscles tight and toned as well as increase your metabolism.

You need to physically challenge yourself if you want a "bikini body"

You have to do a diet and exercise program. There is not other way. Your whole body (Incl your hips and thighs) will become fitter as a result. So here goes...remember...you need two programs (one is not good without the other) DIET & EXERCISE!
    1) For breakfast: Weetbix with fruit...your choice. Tea or Coffee watch the sugar or use sugar substitute
    2) For lunch and dinner ..fruit & vegs....fish....few slices of bread....and being a woman...if you like red meat or any meat...a small portion on a plate...but with LARGE portions of salad as a side dish. If you do not like red meat or any meat...you must have some animal products to safeguard against iron deficiency due to your menstrual blood loss every month...so you can have say 3 eggs a week...and some low fat yoghurt and/or milk. Google search "healthy recipes" on the internet and you will be able to cook your self some great healthy foods
    3) Exercise at least 30 minutes of walking every day.
    4) Drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
    Good Luck

I'll tell you a few things. I'm old enough to know what looks sexy and what doesn't, and what looks sexiest!

Anyways... Many or all of the top female models are just incredibly sexy! The key is to have tight skin and have only a little bit of ribs show when you put your arms up or arch your back or something.

I believe ANYONE can have a bikini body, even though there are many people that try to BS their way through life saying they can't.

To get the results you're looking for, eat healthy (the more fresh fruits and vegetables, and the less meats, the better), eat 6 small meals evenly throughout the day (ideal), and of course cardiovascular activities to tone your body (jump road, running, biking, swimming, anything that keeps your heart rate high [approx 120+ for your age and height]), and get at least 7hrs sleep. That's all you need. And don't forget water :)

For reference, I would say to aim for about 100-115lbs when you're 18 years old. Don't get too caught up in the numbers though, as some girls can be even smaller and look great, and others can no doubt be larger and look best. As long as you do as I suggested, you'll look great no matter what the scale reads.

Okay... my comments regarding what others have said:
Coffee isn't good for you at all. Avoid it for best results. Salads are often associated with lots of stuff full of fats or sodium (dressings and bacon pieces).
