What can I do to prepare myself for a 6 k run tomorrow?
I'm talking mainly emotionally wise.
I'm a terrible runner and I've got to run around Regents Park.
Any ideas? I'm a little freaked out :S

stack up on carbs tonight, have a good nights kip,maybe have porridge a slow release energy source a few hours before your run do a Little tiny warm up then stretch, then just go out and enjoy the run, if its a race just enjoy the experience, good luck

just calm down take a couple of breaths make sure you dont eat too much.
maybe get an ipod to listen to to keep your mind off running and take it slow.
