I have a cement open drain under the house running right to left on a sloping site doing a poor job. ideas?

Some soil has fallen onto the drain and it is doing a poor job. The drain is in a large utility room and is not ventilated. There is obvious moisture in the room. Suggestions?

the drain is clogged...you need to clean it out. Call rotor rooter, for $100 they flush it clean....or you could try yourself with a garden hose forced into the opening, but you have to be careful or you'll get a big blowback. YOu also must figure out if the outlet is flowing free or maybe its clogged with snow or dirt or whatever.
