What's the average weight lifting levels for a 17 year old? (Answers: 2) (Comments: 0)
I'm 5'10" and about 154 pounds and have a body fat of under 5%. I bench around 176 pound( I use Kg), free curl 88 pounds, jump squat 155 pounds( for free running training) and normal squat 200 pounds, sitting row 250 pounds, cross weights 80 pounds per arm, lat pull down 265 pounds, ab crunch using cross weights platform 177 pounds. This is all normal work out levels not my upper limit and I don't use mass gainers, energy supplements or anything like that. Wondering if there's an average to use as a guideline?

That way if you saw guys harasing daughter instead of steaming itnot rescue.
you could sit down with popcorn and watch the fun and cring as they get bit slapped into unconciousness by something akin to buffy the Vampire Slayer or Nikita the Assasin.
Therefore when she got to teens and went out you could sleep easy.
Taking martial arts like Krav Maga of the isreali military and mossad or Ninjisu as in ninja as opposed to judo here.
Along with free running training.
As really confused why most parents dont do this from a young age
Ie by the time daughter is 16 she could be described as lethal if nec or simply armlock and humiliation dep how she assesses the situaltion
Am sober...
I think in lots of detail, very rapidly (like a whirlwind of images) , and all aspects of things.
Unfortunetley typing cant match this for accuracy and normally far more concerned with what the message is then the little what seems unimportant stuff.
Also type face down and not accurate.
Ethics would come into ti as would not want to bring up a bully or gang member or football thug.
More a hero who defends others and does not fight for the dsake of it or respect.

I"ve been wanting to get seriously into parkour and free running training for quite some time but haven't had much of the resources or the time. Although I rock climb fairly well and have a few acrobatic skills I'm no traceur by any means. However, this summer I'd really like to start with groups and things of that nature. What are some excercises or practices that will help especially with parkour and free running. With appropiate strength? Momentum? Balance? etc.
