How many calories burned while swimming a mile? (Answers: 2) (Comments: 0)
What would be a fairly good estimate for the number of calories burned if you swam a 50 minute mile medley (mostly breast and free style, but also back and fly) when you used a kick board and a leg-clampy-thing? I'm not looking for an exact number, but a fairly small range would be appreciated. Thanks!
