One Tree Hill: Spoilers for Episode 5.2 "racing Like a Pro"

One Tree Hill fans are awaiting the return of their favorite show wherein the Scott brothers along with their female friends will come back with a jump four years into the future. In fact, in the teen drama's upcoming season, the lives of the characters are, according to the producers, "dramatically retooled and set four years into the future." The CW has already provided us with glimpses of what the fifth and newest season would be all about with the flash forward videos released previously.

While there's not much surrounding the storylines, we do have a few spoilers for the second episode of season 5, aptly entitled "Racing Like a Pro."

After four solid years of being far from each other, Lucas, Brooke, Nathan, Haley and Peyton finally reunite. Lucas has grown into a published writer who's working on his sophomore novel, while Peyton is a struggling musical artist. Brooke on the other hand, has successfully taken on the fashion industry with her clothing line, Clothes Over Bros. while Nathan and Haley are happily married and raising their son James.

The second episode of season 5 features our major characters settled in Tree Hill, as Lucas and Skills prepare a soap box racer for James, who wants to compete in a race. Being the supportive mother that she is, Haley convinces Nathan to their son's event. Haley, Peyton and Brooke also join efforts to look for a nanny for James.

A juicy spoiler for this episode speaks of Nathan getting back into the dating scene, while Brooke runs into some problems with her clothing line.

One Tree Hill stars Chad Michael Murray as Lucas Scott, James Lafferty as Nathan Scott, Hilarie Burton as Peyton Sawyer, Bethany Joy Galeotti as Haley James Scott, Sophia Bush as Brooke Davis, Lee Norris as Marvin "Mouth" McFadden, Danneel Harris as Rachel Gatina, and Antwon Tanner as Antwon "Skills" Taylor .

One Tree Hill hits the airwaves with a two-hour season premiere on January 8 at 8/7c only on The CW.
